Warnings?

Hey, I'm a newbie. 
And I'm sorta confused with the "warnings" bar thingy. What are the warnings? I know they're bad, obviously....but I'm sort of confused with all the different colors. I saw some members with green warning bars and orange warning bars.
I don't see a warning bar for me. Why don't I have one? Is it because I'm a lil' kinz?
Which color stands for which amount?
Do you get a message when you get a warning?
And, what is the most common thing people get warnings for?

Each time you get 5 warniings (you know what a warning is) from me saying you did something bad, your bar gets lower. if you get up to the red bar YOU'RE BANNED
