New Stars for Ranks

(see, under my name there's a spinny star)
You can earn the stars now. But, first you have to have ~~500~~ ~~1,000 (making it tougher)~~ 750 (making it easier) posts to earn the fancy stars..... so cool! (get less than 500 posts, then you just have different stars)

10-49 posts = yellow star...
